Gunners v Pioneers – Now at 7:30pm

The Canberra Gunners home game on Friday 13th April against the Mt Gambier Pioneers has now been moved from 6:00pm to a 7:30pm tip off.

In a stand-alone game the Gunners will be looking to get their 2012 SEABL season back on track after the Easter break as they come off a loss at home to the Knox Raiders in round 2 and a tough road trip to Victoria in round 3 where they suffered consecutive losses to stronger opposition in the Bendigo Braves and Dandenong Rangers.

The Canberra women’s team, the Capitals Academy have the bye for round 4 of the competition. The extended break will give them time to freshen up and recover after tough games against Knox, Bendigo and Dandenong.

In what will be the first home game of the Easter school holidays, the Gunners are confident they can get back on the winners list. Make sure you get down to Belconnen Basketball and Sports Centre to watch what will be a fantastic game of men’s basketball.
